You can change your end of term election from your dashboard at any time prior to your Election Due Date which is noted on your dashboard. We will also notify you when your Election Due Date is coming up.
Please note: if the account is still processing the debit of your funds you will not be able to make any changes. Once your account status has changed to "Active" you will have the functionality to make changes to your account.
How to make your end of term election:
- From the dashboard select the relevant account and click “Open full view” or select the relevant account under the “Accounts” bar on the left hand side.
- Under “END OF TERM ELECTION” on the top banner select “Edit”.
- A pop-up window will appear to select “Rollover” or “Withdraw”.
- To Rollover:
- Select Rollover.
- Choose option for income – “Reinvest my income” or “Pay to my bank monthly”.
- Choose the length of the term for rollover and click “Submit”.
- To Withdraw:
- Select Withdraw.
- Full Withdrawal select the toggle on the right and click “Update” to complete election.
- For partial withdrawal enter the amount to withdraw.
- Choose option for income for the remaining amount – “Reinvest my income” or “Pay to my bank monthly”.
- Choose the length of the term for rollover and click “Submit”.
