Our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) states that monthly income payments are made within 15 calendar days of the following month.
However, we generally aim to process payments by the 5th or 6th business day of each month. Once a payment has been made, you’ll receive a notification via email and SMS confirming the payment.
All accounts are paid on the same day, regardless of your account start date. If your account was active at any point during the month, you’ll receive a payment equal to your daily accrual amount for that period.
Both reinvested payments and payments made to bank accounts are processed at the same time.
