You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period if you change your mind after you open your account. Please refer to the PDS for the full terms and conditions. If you change your mind within the cooling off period you can email support@termplus.com.au within 14 days of your account issue date, confirming your decision along with the reason you would like to cancel your account.
