My dashboard isn't loading

Clear your browser cookies and cache before reloading your browser and the TermPlus login page.

If you are using Google Chrome click on the 3 dots next to your address bar, go to "Settings" then "Privacy and security". Select "Clear browsing data" and ensure the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" check boxes are selected and click  "Clear data".

If you are using Microsoft Edge click on the 3 dots next to your address bar, go to "Settings" then "Privacy, search and services". Scroll to "Clear browsing data" and select "Choose what to clear". Ensure the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" check boxes are selected and click "Clear now".
