TermPlus is a fixed term investment and withdrawals are not permitted until the end of your term. See the article for what happens at the end of term.
However, if you are experiencing financial hardship or require urgent access to your funds please make a request in writing via email to support@termplus.com.au with your request details and reason for early withdrawal.
To withdraw your funds at the end of your term make your election by the election due date noted on your dashboard. Open the account in full view, click “Edit” next to “End of Term Election” and follow the prompts to make your election. You can choose to make a full or partial withdrawal. The remainder of funds from a partial withdrawal will rollover to a new term. You do not need to have a minimum amount for this option. If you do not make your election by the election due date we will rollover your closing balance to a new term.
