If you need to make changes, please send us an email at support@termplus.com.au with your request and the necessary documentation. Kindly note that changes cannot be made without the required documents. The update process may take 3 - 4 business days to complete.

Request for the change of email must come from the old email address. Email address cannot be updated unless the instruction has been verified using 2FA. |
