For security reasons, updating your bank account details through the dashboard is not possible. The bank account that funds your term account is where you will be paid the monthly income unless changes are requested. To update your bank details send us an email to request the change to support@termplus.com.au and include:
- A copy of your current bank account statement showing the original direct debit
- A copy of the new bank statement or proof of account, and the new bank details
- We also require a copy of a government issued ID (such as a drivers license or passport)
