How do I deposit funds into the account?

Funds are accepted via direct debit with the details supplied during your application and will only be debited once your application is successfully processed. You cannot add funds to an account once it has been opened. If you wish to deposit more funds to invest, you will need to open a new term account from your dashboard with a minimum deposit amount of $2,000. To open a new account select "New account" from the dashboard. Follow the prompts to open a new account. There is no limit to the number of term accounts you can open.

If you are experiencing any issues with the direct debit please check that the account details you have supplied allow direct debits, and that you have sufficient funds in the account.
